Spiced Coffee
Are you bored with your morning habit? Perhaps you have tried switching from coffee to tea to change things up a bit.
Sometimes people are told coffee is bad for them or if they remove it from their daily routine they might lose weight, feel better, be healthier. Sound familiar?
It isn’t necessarily the coffee that is doing the harm (if you’re interested in reading more about this topic click here), but the crap you are putting in it.
With fall right around the corner, try spicing up your coffee without the added sugar and extra syrups.
To spice up your morning brew try adding these some spices, one or all three:
Ginger
Turmeric
Cinnamon
You can add these to hot or iced coffee.
